1. General provisions

This document establishes the terms of use of the services of the Visarno Hotel and Casino.

2. Hotel services

2.1. Room reservations

  • You can book a room by phone, via the website or directly at the hotel.
  • For reservations, you must provide personal data.
  • The reservation is confirmed after receiving the prepayment.

2.2. Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00
  • Check-out: until 11:00
  • Extension of stay is agreed in advance.
  • When checking in, you must have a photo ID.

2.3. Payment

  • Payment is accepted in cash or by bank card.
  • All rates include VAT.
  • Additional services are paid according to the current price list.

3. Casino

3.1. Entry requirements

  • Entrance is allowed for persons 18+.
  • Proof of age is required.
  • Dress code: smart casual.
  • Persons in a state of intoxication are not allowed.

3.2. Opening hours

  • Mon–Thu: 19:00–03:00
  • Fri–Sat: 19:00–05:00
  • Sun: 19:00–02:00

3.3. Behaviour in the hall

  • Adherence to the principles of responsible gaming is mandatory.
  • Games can be addictive - we urge you to play consciously.
  • The decisions of the dealers and administration are final.
  • The area is under video surveillance.

4. Restaurant and bar

  • We recommend booking tables in advance, especially on weekends.
  • The dress code (elegant appearance) must be observed.
  • Alcohol is not served to persons under 18 years of age.
  • Menu and prices are subject to change without notice.

5. SPA and relaxation areas

  • Treatments are available by appointment.
  • Cancellation of the procedure is possible no later than 24 hours in advance.
  • Access to the sauna and jacuzzi is from 18 years of age.
  • Silence must prevail in the relaxation area.

6. Cancellation of the reservation

  • Up to 72 hours before arrival - full refund of the prepayment.
  • 24-72 hours - 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours - no refund.
  • In case of no-show, the full cost of the order will be charged.

7. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
  • We recommend using a safe.
  • The guest is responsible for damage to property.
  • In case of violation of the rules, the hotel may refuse to provide services.

8. Filing complaints

  • Complaints are accepted at the reception or in writing to info@visarno.de
  • Applications are considered within 14 business days.

9. Personal data

Data processing is carried out in accordance with current legislation and the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

  • The terms and conditions come into force from the moment of publication.
  • The administration reserves the right to change the provisions.
  • In case of disputes, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
  • Disputes are considered by the court at the place of registration of the hotel.

IMPORTANT: Visarno has a license from the Ministry of Finance of Europe to conduct gambling. The game is intended exclusively for adults (18+). Play responsibly!
